Gauge Cluster LED Dash Kit Cool White For 72-79 Ford Torino Ranchero LTD II Cougar
This is for a set of LEDs that will greatly increase the visibility of your 'mid sized's gauge cluster at night.
These LEDs are 'cool white' in color. Brighter than an incandescent bulb and a bit 'whiter'.
When installed in a cluster, they will provide a bright, rich vibrant color.
Please note
, you must disassemble your cluster and remove the teal colored light filters, otherwise the cluster will not light up properly.
These will fit all the 72 79 midsized cars as long as your cluster is shaped like this.
Please note LEDs are directional. If they do not work the first time, flip them 180 degrees in the socket.
Also note: These do not dim fully like a regular bulb.
The best way to describe is as follows...
A 'regular incandescent' bulb can go from 1 - 10, with 1 being off/dim, and 10 being full brightness.
The LED can go 1... then 8 - 10. They have a VERY small range of brightness.
(Most people run these at full brightness anyway, in my experience.
